Section 5B
The recipient of the ghat contract should be made to agree to deliver stamps free of charge
: (1) According to the prevailing Nepalese law, the office or organization authorized to award the ghat contract shall, when awarding such a contract, have to make the recipient of the contract acknowledge that he will deliver stamps related to the postal system operated by the Government of Nepal free of charge.
(2) The Government of Nepal may make separate arrangements with the contractor to arrange for free postage in connection with the wharf contracts made before the commencement of this Act.
